My little chef

Cheesy grin! (Although I find it quite adorable!).

The other night as I was making Jalapeno Chicken Pizza for Steve and I (way too spicy for Quinn), Steve kept Quinn busy helping make his very own pizza! ...although the pictures show how happy Quinn was while making his pizza, eating it was another story... let's just say this pizza was thrown together with whatever was in my pantry, and that included... ah hem:

cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella cheese
tomato paste instead of pizza sauce
ham slices instead of pepperoni

I was optimistic that my very good eater wouldn't notice these little changes and
gobble his pizza up... well, I guess he's too smart for me!

Brothers

My little guys are starting to interact more and more.  Quinn really enjoys watching Jack smile or laugh, especially when Quinn is the one making him laugh! And Jack just adores Quinn,
and is always gazing up at him so adoringly...

Sweet tarts?

 My big two year old!

Why the title of, 'Sweet tarts', you ask?! ...Because the little photogenic baby I used to have, has turned into a little boy who absolutely hates having his picture taken!

I don't like admitting to this, but I got him to sit still to let me take some two year pictures of him by...gulp...letting him have some candy. Sweet tarts, to be exact, which also happens to be my favorite candy! ...It was also a great way to teach him different colors!

Spending time outside

 Happy St. Patty's Day!

On Saturday morning, I dropped the boys off at Laurie's house so that we would be able to tackle the project of painting our living room/foyer. Mandy came over to help us paint. Afterwards (when Laurie came back with the boys), we all enjoyed a nice cook out with brats and beer outside on the deck!  A humongous THANK YOU to our two sisters for helping out IMMENSELY!  ...We really appreciate it! And the living room looks great...photos coming soon! What a great way to spend St. Patty's Day!?

Cal and Quinn

Spending time outside on a beautiful morning...
I was able to have them sit still for about one minute..long enough to snap a couple cute pics!

Daddy and Jack

 Are you serious, dad?
What a good story teller daddy is.
A very captive audience :).

Friends

One day last week our friends visited, and Quinn and Sydney had oh so much fun learning to share with one another, and having numerous snack breaks!

It's still winter?!

Children's Museum Fun

Buddies, Cal and Quinn. Two months apart, these little guys will most likely be classmates too :).

 A little otter.
 And a little cardinal.
 Wipe out!!
Whoa! I'm OK.
A little tumble can't keep me down!
 Someone loves his daddy.
 Steve, Quinn, Cal and Matt
Let the water races begin!
Rocking out! Can you tell Quinn is watching himself on the TV he's looking up at?
Hmmm, Quinn looks apprehensive. What a goofball his father can be!

We had a great trip to the Children's Museum this past weekend with our friends Matt, Amanda and Cal. Our zoo pass expired, so we decided it was time to try something new and we are now members of the Children's Museum. We can't wait to explore and have fun many times over there.
