Too small!
The cool thing about these hats is that they were all Steve's when he was a little boy! I was just at Target the other day trying to find hats and couldn't find any small enough for Quinn.
I'm so glad Jan saved all of these and gave them to us! {Along with hats we also got Steve's old baby/toddler clothes!}
